Bagaimanakah jika pengguna telah memiliki ID pengguna di MyBIM Portal?

What if a user already has a userid on MyBIM Portal?

 

  1. Sila klik 'Login' dan klik pilihan 'Personal Account' di https://smart.cidb.gov.my. Seterusnya, sila klik kepada 'Need help with your password?'

Please click 'Login' and select the 'Personal Account' option at https://smart.cidb.gov.my. Then, click on 'Need help with your password?'

 

  1. Sila semak di dalam folder 'ínbox' atau 'spam' atau 'junk' emel didaftarkan untuk melihat dan klik pautan 'Forgot Password'

After registering, please check your 'inbox' or 'spam' or 'junk' email folder for the registered email and click the 'Forgot Password' link.

 

  1. Set semula kata laluan.

Reset Password

 

  1. Sila 'Login' semula dengan menggunakan kata laluan yang baharu.

Please 'Login' with a new password

 

  1. Isi maklumat e.g No Kad Pengenalan.
