CIDB adheres to the voice of the Malaysian construction industry stakeholders for a one-stop-centre for its products, services and facilities; thus SMART is the solution for an integrated digital platform to cater to the needs of the industry stakeholders. A collaborative effort by subsidiaries of CIDB, SMART offers a seamless unification of multiple services and facilities under the purview and prerogative of CIDB.

SMART is an acronym for Standard, Method, Assessment, R&D and Technology, a project that is commissioned to improve CIDB’s way of servicing the industry stakeholders. Designed particularly to integrate CIDB’s existing and future products, services and services, SMART is here to complement CIDB’s existing virtual ecosystem.

SMART enables the use and access to NBeS, IBSWare, SHASSIC, QLASSIC, MyBIM Centre and other services and facilities by the industry stakeholders. With one unified account, SMART users will be able to utilize these multiple services and facilities within one unified platform and with ease of access.

2. After registering, please check your 'inbox' or 'spam' or 'junk' email folder for the registered email and click the 'Forgot Password' link.
3. Reset Password
4. Please 'Login' with a new password
5. Fill in the information e.g IC No.

How the Group Account Users to Register the Group Members for Accessing into SMART Portal?

 

Group Account User (e.g., Company ABC):

 

1. Please click 'Login' and select the 'Group Account' option at https://smart.cidb.gov.my, Then, click on 'My Group Profile'.
2. In the 'Group Member' section, click the 'Invite' button to register a group member.
3. Fill in the information for the 'Name of invitee' or the member's name.
4. Provide the 'Invitee's email' or the member's email.
5. Next, click the 'Invite' button to register the group member.
6. A 'pop-up' screen will display a message indicating that the group member has been invited via email.

 

Group Member (e.g., Ms. Liza) will receive an email in her Inbox:

Hello, Liza Khamis Admin CIDBEC have inviting you to join group account.

If you're part of the group, click the link below to register as a group member.

This link is valid within 24 hours .

 

1. Please click the 'Register as Group Member' link.
2. The displayed information needs to be filled out by the group member, such as:
1. Tell us about yourself
2. Choose your username (this username will be used when the group member 'Logs In' to the Group Account).
3. Choose your password
4. Confirmation; check the checkbox for the next step.
3. Click the 'Register' button to register the group member/sub-account.

Pengguna Group Account e.g Company ABC:

1. Sila klik 'Login' dan klik pilihan 'Group Account' di https://smart.cidb.gov.my. Seterusnya, sila klik kepada My Group Profile.
2. Di bahagian 'Group Member', klik butang 'Invite' untuk mendaftar ahli kumpulan.
3. Isi maklumat 'Name of invitee' atau nama ahli kumpulan.
4. Isi maklumat 'Invitee's email' atau emel ahli kumpulan.
5. Seterusnya, klik butang 'Invite' untuk pendaftaran ahli kumpulan.
6. Skrin 'pop-up' memaparkan mesej menyatakan ahli kumpulan telah dijemput melalui emel ahli.
