This module is designed specifically for the contractors involved in the construction and is keen to maximize benefits from new construction industry technology, exceptionally Building Information Modelling (BIM). The program explains and discusses BIM for contractors, its benefits to the organizations, challenges and opportunities, case studies, and the implementation. The participants will discuss the cost-saving benefits of BIM deployment on their organizations, e.g. their work practices, contracts, IT infrastructure, and skills development.
