CIDB Digital Invites Quotations for ICT Hardware and Software Services at Seven MYBIM Satellite Centres

CIDB Digital Sdn. Bhd. (CDSB) is inviting qualified local companies to participate in a quotation exercise for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of computer hardware and software for seven MYBIM Satellite centres throughout Malaysia.

The quotation, CDSB/072026(PM)/SHG 04, seeks experienced ICT solution providers to deliver end-to-end services, including the supply of hardware and software, installation, system testing, commissioning, and maintenance throughout the warranty period. The project covers the following MYBIM Satellite locations:

• Bertam

• Johor Bahru

• Sabah

• Sarawak

• Putrajaya

• Miri

• Bintulu

Eligibility Requirements

The quotation is open to Malaysian companies registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF).

Participating companies must hold a valid MOF registration certificate that remains valid at least until November 2026 and be registered under the following three MOF field codes:

• 210101 – Hardware (Low-End Technology): Supply of computer hardware, including PCs, notebooks, printers, document scanners, peripherals, and related maintenance services.

• 210103 – Software: Supply of computer software, operating systems, databases, off-the-shelf software packages, and related maintenance services.

• 210105 – Telecommunications and Networking: Supply of networking products, infrastructure, and services, including LAN, WAN, Internet, wireless, satellite solutions, and maintenance.

Important Information for Bidders

Interested companies are encouraged to carefully review the quotation documents, particularly Appendix D (Technical Specifications), to gain a comprehensive understanding of the required products, services, and project scope before preparing their submissions.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information to ensure the successful execution and completion of the project. CIDB Digital Sdn. Bhd. will not entertain claims arising from insufficient information obtained during the quotation process.

All quotation submissions must strictly comply with the technical specifications, terms, and conditions stated in the quotation documents. Failure to comply with any of the specified requirements may result in disqualification or other actions, including blacklisting where applicable.

Companies are also reminded that all costs associated with participating in the quotation process, including the preparation and submission of documents, shall be borne solely by the bidder.
